Respite Provider Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated respite provider to deliver temporary care for clients with physical, emotional, or cognitive limitations. Your duties will include coordinating care with primary caregivers, providing companionship, and supervising activities. While providing care, you will also teach our clients and family members daily living skills to maximize independence.

To ensure success as a respite worker, you should demonstrate experience in a similar role and working knowledge of individuals with special needs. CPR and first aid certifications are required. Ultimately, a top-notch respite provider will be someone who can be relied upon to perform their duties with patience, compassion and nurture.

Respite Provider Responsibilities include:

  • Providing special needs, or disabled clients with daily assistance, companionship, comfort and safety.

  • Administering prescribed medications and monitoring vital signs.

  • Assessing the physical, mental, and emotional conditions of clients.

  • Facilitating appropriate professional intervention, when required.

  • Engaging clients in suitable activities, such as socializing, playing games, or reading out loud.

  • Assisting clients with mobility, personal hygiene, eating, and drinking with a goal of independence.

  • Accompanying clients on medical appointments and outings.

  • Performing general household duties, such as cleaning, cooking, and shopping.

  • Maintaining a hygienic and safe environment.

TTS Program Coordinator

Program Coordinator Job Description

As a program coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive director and all other TTS Providers. This includes managing electronic medical records, calendars, managing corporate travel, general office supplies, human resources functions, marketing and social media and more. Think of yourself as the bridge between TTS, the community, clients and its external vendors.

If you are a sociable, results-oriented, organized person with good regard to deadlines and no trouble working under pressure, this is the job for you!

TTS Coordinator Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including calendar management and creating reports.

  • Respond to inquiries from guests or prospective clients.

  • Manage corporate travel arrangements as needed.

  • Perform various HR functions as needed – Receive and process all incoming mail – Screen phone calls – Take meeting minutes.

  • Arranging social media posts and content.

  • Sending invoices or superbills as needed.

  • Creating project plans/schedules and to-do lists for team members.

  • Consistently following up on overdue tasks to ensure progress is made on time.

  • Organizing content for presentations and events.

  • Reviewing contracts/Website/etc for grammar/spelling errors or inconsistencies with company policies.

  • Organizing client entry and file organization across the business.

  • Communicating with team members on client care.

  • Comply with FERPA and HIPPA.

  • Suggesting improvements for current processes to streamline tasks and creating processes accordingly.

  • Managing cross-team communication when vital data is quickly needed.

  • Required weekly in person meeting.

  • With a hybrid position, you must be able to work well independently and be intrinsically motivated to complete assigned tasks.
