Dr. Pamela Scretchen
Pamela Scretchen, a licensed and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, has over 20 years of experience supporting children and their families. Her vocation has provided opportunities for her to help students in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinics, at home, and in the community. She oversaw behavioral intervention programs in surrounding TN school districts, including rural districts. Pamela is a professor at Lipscomb University, teaching in the College of Education for the Applied Behavior Analysis graduate program. Pamela's work focuses on serving children with unique learning styles, providing recommendations that promote success in school, home, and community settings. She frequently offers professional development for private and public schools on trauma-informed practices and coaching school teams on positive behavior supports. Pamela's additional service areas include functional behavior assessments, parent training, safety and crisis planning, diversity and inclusion training, and designing behavior data systems. However, her strong commitment to advocating for partnerships between educational settings, churches, students, and families truly sets her apart.
