Functional Behavior Assessment

We provide Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) for both children and adults to provide the ultimate support within their naturalistic environments. Our FBAs provide a comprehensive and detailed investigation into an individual’s social and behavioral presentation, adaptive functioning, current concerns, strengths, and support needs. The structure of our FBA can vary between children and adults and are flexible to meet the needs of the individual.

What does this process look like?

  • Stage 1: A comprehensive interview with parents, guardians, educators, and providers

  • Stage 2: Questionnaires are also administered to assess functions of behaviors and other symptomatology.

  • Stage 3: Observational time

  • Stage 4: BCBA reviews all the gathered information.

  • Stage 5: A feedback session and formal report.

Payment plans are available!

We understand that managing the full payment upfront may not be feasible for everyone. Therefore, we offer the flexibility to arrange a payment plan that suits your needs. Our team will work with you to establish a payment schedule that allows you to comfortably meet the financial obligations while receiving the assessment you require.

Payments are separated into three to seven invoices, depending on your budget. Including an initial deposit prior to your first appointment ($200), an interview fee ($300), and a feedback session invoice ($500).

We understand that an assessment is an investment, and we offer flexible payment plans that are tailored to suit your personal preferences. Following the initial deposit, and the interview payment and then feedback session, the remaining $1050 assessment fees can be paid off over time and in installments of your choosing (not to extend 3 months).
